Now starts the fun part. We arrange tours of the potential properties. Once we find “The One,” we prepare a market analysis to determine market value. Of course, we’ll also have a conversation with the listing agent to determine as much about the seller as possible. We employ every tool possible to help us negotiate the best possible deal for our client. When we reach agreement between buyer and seller, contracts are prepared and the task of closing the transaction begins. We assist with mortgage, home inspection, wood-boring insect, radon, repair negotiations, certificate of occupancy, survey, maybe well and septic, and the list goes on.
As the transaction progresses, our processors utilize an online system that allows our clients to view details as things happen. The appraisal arrives, you can see it.
